Return & Refund Policy – Herlisse

We really hope you love what you ordered from Herlisse. But if something isn’t quite right, no worries — we’ve got you covered.

Returns

If you’d like to make a return, just make sure:

• Items are unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them
• All original tags are still attached
• You send it back within 30 days of delivery

If anything doesn’t meet these conditions, we may not be able to accept the return.

How to Start a Return

Just email us at service@herlisse.com with your order number and what you’d like to return.

Once we confirm your return, we’ll send you everything you need to ship it back.

Quick reminder: please include your order confirmation in the package. If you send something back without approval first, we might not be able to process it.

Return Shipping

Unless we sent you the wrong item or it arrived damaged, return shipping is on you.

We always recommend using a trackable shipping service — just in case. We can’t take responsibility for packages that get lost on the way back.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and we’ve checked it out, we’ll email you to let you know what’s happening next.

If your refund is approved:

• It goes back to your original payment method
• It usually takes up to 7 business days to process

If you returned your whole order, we’ll also refund your original shipping fee.

Just a heads-up — your bank or payment provider might take a few extra days to show the refund.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? The fastest way is to send the original item back and place a new order.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If something shows up damaged, defective, or just not what you ordered, reach out within 7 days of delivery at service@herlisse.com and send us a few photos.

We’ll take care of it as quickly as we can.
